Terms of service

Please note the following terms apply to all monitor purchases:

  • All monitors are tested and demonstrated in working condition before leaving the building.
  • Once the monitor has been checked and confirmed to be functioning properly, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
  • Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect and verify the monitor’s performance at the time of collection.
  • By completing the purchase and taking the monitor, the customer acknowledges that the device was received in good working order.
  • One device per employee
  • Payment is to be made within 24 hours after the request has been approved.

This policy ensures fairness and transparency for both parties.
